Pop superstar Taylor Swift and football player Travis Kelce are engaged, the couple revealed Wednesday in a joint Instagram post.
The news delighted fans worldwide, especially Swift’s devoted supporters known as “Swifties.” The announcement included five photos and a playful caption: “Your English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married.”
Kelce, a star tight end for the Kansas City Chiefs, first met Swift during her record-breaking Eras Tour. Their romance quickly captured public attention, with Swift cheering at NFL games and Kelce spotted at her concerts. The couple became one of the most talked-about pairs in both sports and music.
Reactions poured in after the engagement news. Chiefs teammate Mike Danna said, “That’s a blessing.
