Truett Hanes, an American man, has set a new Guinness World Record by completing 10,001 pull-ups in just 24 hours.

The record-breaking event took place in the United States and helped Hanes reclaim the title for the most pull-ups done in a single day.

Hanes had held the record once before, completing 8,100 pull-ups during an earlier attempt. But his record was broken the very next day by Gary Lloyd from Australia, who performed 8,600 pull-ups. Determined not to give up, Hanes kept training and came back with an even bigger goal.

Now, after years of hard work, Hanes has succeeded in taking back the title. His new total of 10,001 pull-ups is the highest ever recorded in 24 hours by Guinness World Records.

Hanes shared that he doesn’t consider himself especially gifted or strong. Instead, he believes his success came from never giving up. “Even if it takes years, I’ll see it through until it’s completed,” he said in an interview.
