Pop star Taylor Swift and American football player Travis Kelce married in a star-studded ceremony held at Madison Square Garden in New York on July 3rd.
Swift’s publicist confirmed the wedding took place as huge crowds of fans gathered outside the famous arena, hoping to catch a glimpse of the celebrations despite most of the event being kept hidden from public view.
Instead of traditional bridesmaids and groomsmen, Swift’s brother served as her “man of honour” while Kelce’s brother Jason stood as his best man.
Many famous faces attended the celebrations, including singers, actors, and several of Kelce’s teammates from the Kansas City Chiefs, as well as other well-known American football players.
Very few details about the wedding were revealed beforehand, and guests reportedly were not allowed to use their phones once inside the venue, keeping much of the event a surprise. Swift and Kelce first began dating in 2023, and their relationship had since become one of the most talked-about celebrity romances in the world, with millions of fans following their story closely.
