  3. Secret question: What do you do when you find it hard to stay positive?
Answer: I use positive words to myself. I think about positive things that make me happy. I draw, read a book or watch a nice movie. I breathe deeply. I partake in my favourite hobbies, including playing on my tramp, play on my tech and working hard in class. I text people like my sister. I do my learning on my chromebook. I say kind word to others. I go into a quiet space to get out my frustrations. I hug someone.

Secret question: What do you do when you find it hard to stay positive?
When we find it hard to be positive we try really hard not to focus on negatives but to find the good, positive things in what we are doing. We hang around with our friends and people who make us feel good and happy and offer good advice.

  12. Secret question: What do you do when you find it hard to stay positive? i think you should avoid negative thinking. While there’s no question that ruminating in negative emotions is unhelpful, whitewashing your insecurities with positive thinking is merely a temporary fix. Meditate, Breathe, Focus on the Present Moment. Of course you know I would say this! And of course listening to our programs – but that’s just a shameless plug.

  13. I find a friend to cheer me up or talk to someone that you can trust and tell what you need help to stay positive or do something you really love doing or just cuddling with my dogs at home.(all you need sometimes is some puppy love)
