England’s Red Roses claimed a big 49-31 win against New Zealand’s Black Ferns in a WXV1 rugby match in Langley, Canada.

Scoring nine tries, England showed dominance in both skill and strategy. This win continues their strong record, having won 49 of their last 50 matches.

New Zealand, still recovering from a surprising loss to Ireland, started strong with Kaipo Olsen-Baker scoring the first try. However, England quickly responded and controlled the rest of the match. Despite making changes to their lineup, the Black Ferns struggled with defence and gave away too many penalties.

The Black Ferns have now lost three matches in a row against England. Their next game is against France, and they’ll need to improve both their defence and attack to avoid another defeat.
