Tallest Park in the Southern Hemisphere
Exciting news from South Auckland! The Auckland Council is making some awesome changes to Hayman Park in Manukau, and it’s going to be amazing!
They’re spending a lot of money, $10.8 million, to make the park even better. The coolest thing is the super tall wooden playground, the tallest one in the southern hemisphere! It’s 12.8 meters high! How cool is that?
The new playground has so many fun things to do. There’s a flying fox, which is like a super fun ride. And there’s lots of sand for the little ones who love to play in it.
The park will also have xylophones to make music, swings for adults, and even cameras to keep everyone safe. The Council wants to create a safe place for families, especially at night, so they can have fun together.
