A Chinese chef, Li Enhai, set a new Guinness World Record for creating the thinnest handmade noodle during an Italian TV show in Milan.

His incredible noodle measured just 0.14 millimetres thick—thinner than a strand of human hair! The feat took place on the set of Lo Show Dei Record, a program that celebrates record-breaking achievements.

Li Enhai had previously held this record but lost the title when another chef rolled a noodle measuring 0.18 millimetres thick. Determined to reclaim his spot, he showcased his noodle-making skills and succeeded. With this achievement, Enhai proved that traditional techniques can still break modern records.

This delicate noodle-making requires exceptional precision, steady hands, and years of practice.
