An Idaho man, David “Record Breaker” Rush, officially broke a world record by catching table tennis balls on his shaving cream-covered head.

Rush bounced the balls off a wall and caught 16 in just 30 seconds, surpassing the previous record of 14. This achievement happened during a visit to the Guinness World Records headquarters in London.

Rush, who had tied the record earlier in 2024, was determined to break it outright. “I knew I could push further,” he shared after his success. The challenge required precise timing, as he had to prevent new balls from knocking off the ones already balanced on his head.

This unusual record adds to Rush’s long list of creative accomplishments, making him a true champion of quirky world records.
