Air New Zealand has introduced a new menu called “Taste of Aotearoa” for its premium cabins, which represents the evolution of its popular Aotearoa on a Plate dining concept. The menu is inspired by the rich heritage and diverse bounty of New Zealand, combining indigenous flavors with contemporary cuisine.

Passengers in the Business Premier cabins on all long-haul flights departing from New Zealand can enjoy the new menu. Some of the dishes featured include Superfood Salad with horopito dusted New Zealand salmon, Creamy kawakawa mushrooms on rye toast with sautéed spinach and grilled tomatoes, Ahia smoked moki on kawakawa blini, and Grass-fed New Zealand lamb rump with horopito rub.

The airline collaborated with renowned local suppliers to showcase the best New Zealand flavors in these dishes. Passengers traveling in premium cabins on select flights departing from New Zealand, including those to New York and Chicago, will have the opportunity to experience these new culinary offerings.
