South Africa smash All Blacks

South Africa have smashed the All Blacks 43–10 in Wellington, handing New Zealand their biggest defeat in rugby history.

The Springboks dominated the Rugby Championship clash and kept the Freedom Cup in style. The match started well for the All Blacks when debut wing Leroy Carter dashed over for a try in the corner. Damian McKenzie added the conversion to give the home crowd something to cheer about at 7–0.

But that joy didn’t last long. South African speedster Cheslin Kolbe intercepted a pass and sprinted away for a try, tying the score at 7–7. A McKenzie penalty gave New Zealand a 10–7 lead going into halftime—but the second half told a very different story.

Right after the break, Kolbe struck again. His second try gave the Springboks the lead, and from that moment, they never looked back. South Africa scored five more tries and completely shut down the All Blacks’ attack.

With powerful running, strong defense, and clever passing, the Springboks pulled away fast. By the time the final whistle blew, the scoreboard showed 43–10 — a crushing result for New Zealand.

It was a tough day for the All Blacks, who had no answers for South Africa’s second-half surge. The Springboks, on the other hand, celebrated a win that will go down in history.

Now, New Zealand must regroup as fans hope this heavy loss sparks a strong comeback.
