Pull-Up World Record broken

Jade Henderson, a 32-year-old bodybuilder from Australia, has broken a world record by completing 733 pull-ups in just one hour. She beat the previous record of 725 pull-ups, which was set by another Australian, Eva Clarke, in 2016.

To break the record, Jade averaged more than 12 pull-ups every minute for 60 minutes. She said she was inspired to try for the record because she wanted to test both her mind and body by doing something no one else had ever done.

At first, Jade had planned to go for the 24-hour pull-up record. But during her training, she tore a bicep after doing 3,500 pull-ups in 12 hours. The injury forced her to rest for six weeks, and she later chose the one-hour challenge instead to avoid further damage.

Jade didn’t have a set number in mind for the attempt but aimed to go just beyond the old record. “I knew it was going to be tough,” she said, “so I was just aiming to get a couple more reps than that.”

Her hard work paid off, earning her a spot in the Guinness World Records and showing what determination and training can achieve.
