The beloved “Pirates of the Caribbean” movie series, known for its adventurous tales and memorable characters, is set for a fresh start.

Jerry Bruckheimer, the producer behind all five previous films featuring Johnny Depp, has shared exciting news about the future of this swashbuckling saga. In a recent chat, Bruckheimer mentioned the possibility of a new film starring Margot Robbie.

However, he hinted that a reboot of the series might be the first step, considering it could be simpler to organize without the need to align with certain actors’ schedules.

Bruckheimer’s discussions about the franchise’s direction indicate there are a couple of different stories they’re considering. One involves a younger group of characters, and the other stars Margot Robbie. While the idea featuring Robbie is still being developed, the concept with a younger cast seems almost ready to set sail.
