New jigsaw record set

Get ready to put your puzzle-solving skills to the test because a new world record has been set! The largest jigsaw puzzle competition in the world has been named in Spain, featuring 2,293 jigsaw enthusiasts from 44 countries. The competitors participated in puzzle-solving races as individuals, pairs, and four-person teams, making it one of the most exciting competitions around.

The World Jigsaw Puzzle Federation organized and supervised the event, which was first held in 2019. The competition is chaired by Alfonso Álvarez-Ossorio, and puzzle enthusiasts from around the world gathered to compete in this five-day event.

The 2023 World Jigsaw Puzzle Championship, scheduled to kick off with an opening ceremony on September 20, is set to be an unforgettable event. With competitors from all around the globe, the contest is sure to be a challenge for even the most seasoned puzzlers.
