In response to Australia’s challenging total of 360-6 in 47 overs, New Zealand’s Rachin Ravindra scored his second World Cup century. He scored 116 off 89 balls and nearly led his team to victory in a gripping contest.

The match came down to a nail-biting finish. New Zealand needed 19 runs off the last over. Australia’s Mitchell Starc held his nerve and defended the target, securing the win for his team.
