The funniest joke in Britain has been found.

The competition was fierce, with schools and classes around the UK  sending in their funny jokes.

After careful consideration, a Year Five class from Nottinghamshire emerged victorious with their hilarious joke: “What happened to the math teacher’s garden? It grew square roots.”

Their joke won an impressive 51% of the total votes cast, securing their place as champions.

In recognition of their comedic prowess, the school proudly received the official ‘Britain’s Funniest Class’ trophy.
