The NZ Warriors have lost their latest match against the Raiders, effectively ending their season.

The Canberra side were too strong, easily beating the Warriors 46-12 at Mt Smart Stadium. It was the Warriors sixth-straight loss at their Auckland home, equalling their worst run there in more than 20 years.

The result leaves the team 3 points outside the top 8 in 12th position.

With a difficult series of games to go and ongoing injury problems with Kodi Nikorima and Karl Lawton making the top 8 will be very difficult.

Coach Stephen Kearney was disappointed with the results. He said “it was about a real lack of attitude, which is really disappointing.”
