US forces have launched missile attacks on Syria, a country in the Middle East.

The American President, Donald Trump ordered the attacks in response to the chemical weapons attack in Syria last week.

Trump believes that President Assad was behind the attack and therefore the US attacks were aimed at forces that support Syria’s President Assad.

The cruise missiles were fired from US ships in the Mediterranean.

The New Zealand government says it fully supports the US missile strikes on Syria.

President Assad says that he didn’t have anything to do with the chemical weapons attack and Russia has condemned the missile attacks.

There has been a war in Syria for more than 6 years

  2. When it was the election, Donald Trump said that he was going to ‘Make America Great Again’ people followed him because they thought he was going to do something very special to do that, but the method how Trump is doing it is keeping his own country safe, peaceful and happy and making other countries unpeaceful.
