President Trump has said that he would consider arming teachers with guns.
The news come during a meeting with state and local officials to discuss school safety in the White House, following the latest school shooting in America.
At the meeting he said that America should look at the possibility of giving “concealed guns to teachers with military or special training experience.”
Trump is currently talking to students and educators after the Parkland shooting.
Since the shooting a vocal group of student survivors have been putting pressure on their state and national governments. They have promised that they will advocate for gun control reforms so that their school will be the last school shooting in America.
