Thousands gather for ANZAC servcies

Thousands of New Zealanders have gathered at dawn parades around the country to attend ANZAC commemoration services.
The 25th April is a special day in New Zealand’s calendar. A day when we remember those that fought for our country.
Throughout the country numerous dawn services have taken place. The main New Zealand ceremony will take place in Auckland at 11am with John Key expected to address the crowd.
In Gallipoli Gerry Brownlee is representing New Zealand at the service at ANZAC Cove. He will be joined with representatives from Australia and Turkey.
