Tall Blacks unbeaten in World Cup tournament

The Tall Blacks have won their first three games of their Basketball World Cup Qualifying Tournament.

The result means that the Tall Blacks remain unbeaten at the top of their group in the Asian World Cup men’s basketball qualifying tournament in Manila.

New Zealand easily beat India twice, winning 101-46 and then 95-60.

They also beat hosts the Philippines on Sunday night they won 88-63.

Coach Pero Cameron was missing several of his top players who are playing in different leagues around the world. But his side was still outclassed their opposition.

The Tall Blacks now leave Manila with their last first round qualifying game against the Philippines not scheduled until July.
