Rachel Banbury
UK artist Lucy Sparrow has created an entire supermarket with items made out of felt.
She has called it the Sparrow Mart Supermarket. It is on display at a hotel in Los Angeles until August 31.
This is her fifth and largest all-felt installation (it features 31,000 handmade products).
The store is quite spectacular. There’s aisles of handmade awesomeness, even including a felt ATM.
According to Sparrow it took her and five assistants exactly one year to create all the items in the shop.
