A huge shortage of toilet paper in Venezuela has led to the country’s government taking over a toilet paper factory to try to sort out the problem.

Over the past 2 or 3 years the lack of loo roll, food and essential goods has been a growing concern in the South American country.

Earlier this year there were shortages of look paper and the government had to import rolls from overseas.

Since the government has taken control the loo roll factory has been surrounded by the National Guard, who will monitor toilet paper production and distribution.
