Raspberry Pi is a tiny computer that is having a big impact around the world.
Designed to make computer code writing easy, especially for children, it’s been used to film a teddy bears leap from space, to play a xylophone and to create a sat nav for bikes.
Since launching in 2011, they’ve now sold 1.7 million of these little computers.
What’s a Raspberry Pi?
The Raspberry Pi is a credit-card sized computer that plugs into your TV and a keyboard.
It’s a capable little PC which can be used for many of the things that your desktop PC does, like spreadsheets, word-processing and games. It also plays high-definition video.
The best thing about a Raspberry Pi is that it only costs around $70.
