Land Rover celebrated 45 years of their Range Rovers by driving one across a paper bridge!

Without glue or bolts to hold the paper bridge in place, a Range Rover drove over the hand-built bridge at the Guangzhou Motor Show in China.

5 metres in length the bridge was built with high quality paper from a specialist British manufacturer. The bridge took 3 days to construct and 54,390 sheet of paper.

Although paper structures have been proven capable of supporting people in the past, nothing of this scale has ever been attempted.
