The NZ Symphony Orchestra has played together for the first time in 4 months.

Over the weekend the national orchestra played to a live audience.

The show was held in Te Papa, Wellington.

Te Papa is now playing host to different performances throughout the museum, free for the public.

During lockdown the orchestra played together online so it is nice that they can now play together. All planned concerts had to be cancelled up to the end of July.

The plan is for concerts around New Zealand to start in August.
