The 2020 edition of the New Zealand International Film Festival will take place entirely online.

The coronavirus crisis has made it impossible to hold a normal festival in theatres.

This year the festival will be called “NZIFF At Home”.

The film selection will be unveiled on June 22. The festival will run from July 24 to August 2

It will showcase films from both New Zealand and overseas films.

Some films will be screened as special ‘one-off’ events, and many of the films presented won’t have other New Zealand screenings.
