New Zealand has moved to 2nd place on the latest Test Cricket rankings. Australia has moved to the top, while the previous number one team India have dropped to third.

India had been at the top since October 2016.

India, who registered their maiden test series victory in Australia last year, are scheduled to tour again later this year.

New Zealand retained their third position in the One Day rankings, behind India and England.

New Zealand players featured prominently in the individual rankings. Kane Williamson is 4th on the batting list. Neil Wagner, Trent Boult and Tim Southee all make the top 10 in bowling while Colin de Grandhomme is the world’s 6th best all-rounder.
