Rafael Nadal and Iga Swiatek have been crowned French Open Tennis Champions.

In the men’s draw, Spanish second seed Nadal outclassed world number one Djokovic in a 6-0 6-2 7-5 win. It is his 13th title at Roland Garros.

The victory sees Nadal equal Roger Federer’s record of 20 Grand Slam men’s titles.

In the women’s draw it was 19 year old Iga Swiatek who came out victorious.

The Polish youngster was dominant in her 6-4 6-1 win over American fourth seed Sofia Kenin.

Swiatek, who did not drop a set in the tournament, is the first player from Poland to win a Grand Slam singles title and the youngest French Open women’s champion since Monica Seles in 1992.
