The new Michael Jordan documentary has broken viewing records.

With no live sports to watch due to the coronavirus pandemic, sport fans have turned to documentaries.

ESPN’s, “The Last Dance,” is a 10-part documentary series about Michael Jordan and the Chicago Bulls’ quest to win a sixth NBA title.

The premiere episodes rank as the two most-viewed original content broadcasts on ESPN Networks since 2004, surpassing “You Don’t Know Bo” (3.6 million).

“The Last Dance” ranks as the most-watched tv show among adults 18-34 and 18-49 since live sports stopped.

In New Zealand, The Last Dance is available via Netflix.
