Meet the world’s fastest chicken

The world’s fastest chicken has been found in the United Kingdom.

The World Hen Racing Championships for 2017 were held at the Barley Mow public house in the Derbyshire Peak District village of Bonsall.

The event goes back more than 100 years and is held annually.

The winning chicken was named ‘Cooked it’ and trained by a 9 year old school boy. The runner-up was named ‘Pluckedit’.
