The International rugby laws have been changed to allow men to wear tights and leggings.

Currently, only women can wear these during a game of rugby.

World Rugby said that that the change was made because of concerns about possible cuts sustained by players due to the usage of artificial turfs at various levels of the game.

As yet no All Black player has indicated that they would start wearing tights during games. However, All Black hooker Dane Coles said that the first All Black likely to wear leggings in a test would be Reiko Ioane.
