A Malaysia Airlines flight has vanished from radar screens with 239 people on board and has still not been found.

The Boing 777 was carrying 239 people when it disappeared off radar screens early Saturday less than an hour after taking off from Kuala Lumpur.

The plane was bound for Beijing.

Two New Zealanders were o board the flight.

Planes and ships from across Asia are hunting for the missing jetliner.

At this stage the reason for the disappearance is unknown. The weather was fine, the plane was at cruising speed and the pilots didn’t send a distress signal.

Malaysian aviation authorities are also investigated how two passengers were apparently able to get on the aircraft using stolen passports.

  1. it is pretty weird that the plane has been lost I think this machine that lets the raider work has been broken. Also it is very strange that it has such big wings and by the look of it it was not the weather.

  2. We are grieving for all the families of the 239 passengers on board the 777 it is a mystery what happend to the plane as it is weird we can find no debris.

  3. What an interesting article.
I hope all these people don’t die, But the plane has been missing for a couple days so I think it has crashed.

  4. hmm maybe there was a mutiny and the two passengers turned of the radar signal or it broke or something haha just a guess.
    Or maybe a UFO abduction.
But really I’m really interested in this news. I hope we find the missing air craft soon!

  5. i think the plane was hijacked…the plane did a u turn in a wrong direction before signal went off,if you ring a passenger the phones will still ring, and there were 2 stolen passports…:)

  6. I think the plane was hijacked and that it has landed somewhere in the middle east and that everybody onboard is safe but will be held for ransom.
