Lady Luck was on the side of two US brothers as they each scored lottery wins on the same day – but with very different results.

One brother is now a multimillionaire, winning a whopping $291,400,000! While the other brother only won $7.

Pennsylvania judge James Stocklas was on an annual fishing trip with relatives and friends to Florida, when he bought the lotto ticket that would ultimately make him rich beyond his wildest dreams. He plans to share his winnings with a group of close buddies.

His brother Bob also was playing the Florida lottery at exactly the same time. But he only won $7.

The pair have since been basking in the glory of their amazing slice of good fortune, even if the cash prizes differ vastly in size.

  1. that is crazy, how do lottery company’s even get so much money from, the bank?

  2. It is cool how they both won the lotto but, yes a bit unfair to the brother who won $7. The lotto company get the money from all the tickets they sell and if someone does not get the lotto one day then it will be bigger the next time.

  3. That’s unfair. But still really awesome how he won 291,400,000. I would so go to Italy and France and America and Australia and… go on a trip around the world!!! But that’s unlucky that the other guy only got 7.00. =( for the first brother, =) for the second brother!

  4. Wow, They should share the money.
291,400,000 is ALOT of money you can buy so much
unlike that other guy Bob or something he can go to the dairy and get something there. xD
