Liverpool handed Premier League Trophy

Liverpool have lifted the English Premier League trophy for the first time in their club history.

The Reds beat Chelsea 5-3 at Anfield before a presentation at the end of the match.

Liverpool have dominated the 2019/20 Premier League season. Below are some of their stats with one game to play.

Record: 31-3-3, 96 points (2.59 per game), 1st in Premier League (1st Tier)

Home Record: 55 points (18-1-0) Away Record: 41 points (13-2-3)

Goals: 82 (2.22 per game), Goals Against: 32 (0.86 per game), Diff: 50

After beating Chelsea the Liverpool players were joined by captain Jordan Henderson on the famous Kop stand to lift the trophy.

Henderson was presented the trophy by Liverpool legend Sir Kenny Dalglish. He was manager when Liverpool last won it in 1990.
