International Happiness Day

Monday 20th March was International Day of Happiness.  To coincide with this day the United Nations released the World Happiness Report.

The happiest place on Earth is ….. Norway.  While the Central African Republic came in last. Best news is that New Zealand came in eighth position, edging out Australia at number nine.

The World Happiness Report measures “subjective well-being” – how happy the people are, and why.

1. Norway
2. Denmark
3. Iceland
4. Switzerland
5. Finland
6.  Netherlands
7. Canada
8. New Zealand
9. Australia
10. Sweden
