Did you eat something extra crunchy in your bowl of Honey Poppas cereal this morning?
Well you better make sure its not glass, as Countdown has immediately recalled their homebrand variety of cereal in suspicion that some boxes may contain glass fragments. The affected cereal, “Honey Poppas” has been sold at Countdown stores around the country and has a best before dates of July 3rd or July 4th 2015.
As the cereal poses a serious concern if consumed, Countdown is taking a proactive approach to ensure no danger is caused. All shoppers are encouraged to return the product to the store for a full refund.
Thankfully there have been no reports of injury as yet.
