A man in Germany has allegedly received up to 90 COVID-19 vaccinations.

The 60-year-old man cannot be named. However, police said he received the vaccinations over a number of months before being caught.

By getting vaccinated so many times the man was able to sell vaccine passes.

The man was eventually caught after he turned up at a vaccination centre for the second day in a row asking for another vaccine.

Police confiscated several blank vaccination cards from the man and launched criminal proceedings.

It’s unclear what effect the 90 vaccinations will have on the man’s health.

Germany  has recorded more than 21.6 million COVID-19 cases since 2020 and 130,029 deaths.
