Duke and Duchess of Cambridge visit India

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge (William and Kate) have begun a 7 day royal tour of India.

The couple will complete a number of royal engagements, including a memorial for the 31 victims of the 2008 Mumbai attacks and a cricket game with Sachin Tendulkar.

For their first night on duty, the Duke and Duchess will attended a Bollywood red carpet fundraising event.

The Duke and Duchess are staying at the Taj Mahal Palace Hotel in Mumbai.

Prince George, two, and Princess Charlotte, 11 months, are not joining their parents on this trip.
