The Dotcom mansion has attracted no offers, despite a ‘vigorous’ marketing campaign.
It’s the $35 million mansion no one wants.
The mansion has 12 bedrooms and is set on 22.6ha. It has its own vineyard, lake and boathouse, and has manicured parkland and sculptures.
About 50 people or parties had viewed the place.
Dotcom didn’t own the property – he just rented it for $1 million per year.
Dotcom ran Megaupload from the mansion, which was raided in the early hours of January 20, 2012.

  3. Wow what a lovely house I would live there but the only thing I do not like about being rich is when there’s tons of rooms and you get lost every, single, time and you HAVE to eat with utensils
