An American town’s mayor cannot speak English and doesn’t wear clothes, but that hasn’t stopped him being voted in for a third term.
Unsurprisingly, perhaps, Duke, a nine-year-old Pyrenean Mountain Dog is the only dog to be elected mayor in the United States.
He is mayor of Cormorant, Minnesota. It’s a town with 1000 residents, and only 12 people voted in the election, leading to landslide victory for the pup.
