A parking spot has gone on sale for £400,000 in Britain.

The underground parking space, which can fit 2 cars, costs 2.5 times more than the average home in the UK and 15 times the average UK salary.

For £35.10 a day, a motorist could park their car 880 yards away in a nearby car park.

At this price the motorist could afford to park there for 31 years for the same price as the £400,000 car park.

10 months ago, £275,000 was spent on a similar space in the same car lot.

Since then the price for a spot in this exclusive underground parking area has increased by £125,000.

  1. I honestly don’t understand all a car park really needs to be is just a flat (ish) piece of ground so why bother making something that ridiculous
