A group of scientists say that children should drink water instead of sugary drinks at mealtimes.
A study has shown that children and teenagers are consuming more added sugar than the recommended daily allowance.
The main reason for this  is the rise in people drinking  fruit juices and fizzy drinks.
Scientists say the best way to cut down on this is to replace sugary drinks with water and they want families and schools to make it the only option at mealtimes.

  10. I think your text is true but i still think you still can drink fizzy drinks but not to much, like once a month. I think you should add how much liters to you need to drink per day. I agree adding fruit might make children want to drink water a bit more.
