Blacks Caps thrashed by Bangladesh

The Black Caps have been beaten by Bangladesh by seven wickets in the opening T20 international.

It is the first time Bangladesh has beaten New Zealand in a T20 International.

Batting first the Black Caps were bowled out for just 60 with captain Tom Latham and Henry Nicholls top scoring with 18.

The score of just 60 equals New Zealand’s lowest score in T20 internationals.

In reply Bangladesh reached their target in 15 overs with the loss of three wickets.

Game two of the five match series is Friday night.
