Black Caps win test to level series

The Black Caps have beaten Sri Lanka in the second test to level the test series.

New Zealand bowled out Sri Lanka out for just 122 runs in the second innings to win the final test by an innings.

New Zealand dominated the final test of the series. They bowled Sri Lanka out for 244 in the first innings and then scored 431 for 6 in reply.

Tom Latham and BJ Watling both scored centuries for New Zealand.

That gave the Black Caps a lead of 187 with 91 overs of play left. In their second innings, Trent Boult, Tim Southee, Ajaz Patel and Will Somerville all took two wickets.
