After returning from a trip to the amusement park, Will Pemble’s son, Lyle, asked why they didn’t just build their own rollercoaster in their backyard.

In response, Will began building a 180ft rollercoaster in his garden for his son and daughter. The project has cost Will $3,500 and 300 hours of hard work.

Will has also set up a blog, known as CoasterDad.com, which outlines the details of his DIY project.

  1. Cool. I think that is very nice of the Dad to build his son his own rollercoaster in the backyard. And it cost him a lot of money and hard work to make his son happy. I am proud of him 🙂
