The Prime Minister has announced that the next three Avatar films will be made in New Zealand.
The film will be directed by world renowned film maker, James Cameron.
The three films are expected to bring in $500 million into the New Zealand economy.
The announcement is good timing for the Government, after calls from the film industry for further work after the end of the Hobbit films.

As part of the deal the government will give the movie a tax benefits which means that they will not have to pay as much tax they should.
