Apple has unveiled new iPhone 14 models and Apple Watches for 2023.
The new line up of iPhones will boast better cameras, faster processors, and a longer-lasting battery — all at the same prices as last year’s models.
Pricing for the standard iPhone 14 will start at NZ$1599; the deluxe iPhone 14 Pro Max will start at NZ$1999.
Among the latest improvements is a 48-megapixel camera in the Pro and Pro Max models that the company said will produce especially crisp pictures.
The iPhone 13 versions of the Pro and Pro Max have 12-megapixel cameras.
Following the news of the new devices, Apple’s stock price gained 1% on Thursday to close at $155.96.
Apple sold an estimated 106 million iPhones through the first half of this year, an 8% increase from the same time last year.
