South Africa have comfortably defeated the All Blacks 26-10 in Mbombela in their Rugby Championship opener.

The All Blacks have now lost 5 of their last 6 matches.

South Africa outscored the All Blacks 2 tries to 1.

South Africa went into the half-time break up 10-3 and they didn’t stop increasing their advantage.

All Black Shannon Frizell crossed for a late consolation try that was converted by Richie Mo’unga.

The All Blacks have now slipped to 5th in the world rankings.
