A Swiss chocolate company has invented a chocolate bar that doesn’t melt.

The company believes that they have made a bar that melts in your mouth – not in your pocket. The “unmeltable” chocolate can be enjoyed in temperatures up to 38C.

the bar is made by Barry Callebaut, who are the world’s largest maker of chocolate and cocoa products by volume.

Chief executive Antoine de Saint-Affrique said the secret behind its creation is down to the way the chocolate is formed.

He said the new bar would open up the market to warmer climates such as in the Middle East, where chocolate is still not as popular as biscuits or cakes.
