A boat, packed with migrants has capsized off the Italian island of Sicily after leaving Tunisia in North Africa.

More than 200 people, mostly Syrian and Palestinian, have been pulled to safety, but at least thirty people have died.

Last week more than 300 African refugees died when their boat sank close to the Italian island of Lampedusa.

There are calls for the European Union to do more to stop migrants risking their lives to sail to Europe.
